Youth Achieving Destiny’s program provides an opportunity for youth to interview with employers who have committed to helping youth gain valuable work experiences, to better prepare for future careers.

Students have the opportunity to interview with area employers along with receiving assistance for the following job readiness skills:

* Resume Writing
* Dress For Success
* Job Shadowing
* Opportunity to shadow real-life employees and get an up-close look at careers.
* Find out what kind of skills is needed to obtain jobs in a chosen field.
* Labor Market Information & hiring trends

Our main goal is to train participants, in basic computer, job skills, and self-esteem required to be competitive in today's job market.
