Community service and peer-center activities encouraging responsibility and other positive social behaviors during non-school hours will be implemented, such as exposure to post-secondary school, community service learning projects, peer mentoring and tutoring. Youth, which take part in the leadership development, will also be apart of the Youth Achieving Destiny youth board.

Youth Achieving Destiny will provide classes throughout the school year pertaining to life skills, social responsibilities, out-of-wedlock prevention, work behavior, leadership training, cultural diversity, positive attitude development, and self-esteem building.
